Orders

1. What will happen once the order is placed?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. This email will contain all the details of your order. As soon as your order has been sent out, you will receive an email for tracking your order. You can also go to the “Track my Order” section, and put your order ID and registered email ID. You will receive your invoice with your parcel.

2. Why I haven’t received the confirmation mail?

    If you haven’t received any confirmation email from our side then it is possible that it might have gone to your junk/spam/promotional folder. Please check these folders for confirmation. If you still haven’t received the email, please contact our customer support team and they will be happy to help you.

    3. Do I need a customer account to place an order?

    No, you don’t need a customer account to place an order. You can place the order as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account for easy tracking of the order.

      Shipping and delivery

      1. Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?

      Unfortunately, you can’t have multiple addresses for a single order. If you are shopping for people at alternate addresses you will have to place each order separately.

      2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

      The delivery of your order might vary depending on the Pincode. Once the product is sent out from the warehouse, we will send you the tracking link through SMS or Email. You can check the estimated date of arrival.

       

      Returns

      1. Are returns free of cost?

      Yes, returns are free of cost.

      2. How do returns work?

      For whatever reason, if you wish to return your unused/unworn order, you can return it within 30 days of your delivery. You can raise a return request by writing us at care.india@astormueller.com

      3. Can I get an exchange?

      Yes, you can exchange your order if you received the wrong size or a damaged product. You must return the original product, and the team will send you a new order in the required size. You can go to the exchange section and request an exchange, or you can contact our customer support team for more information.
