This handy guide of top tips will help you get the best out of your footwear. Some people would have you believe that looking after your shoes has to be an art form, but in reality it’s very easy!

From brogues to boots, sandals to stilettos, following these simple steps will have your faithful friends looking better and lasting much longer.

Know your shoes

Not surprisingly, different shoes require different treatment to look their best, depending on the materials they are made from. Here, we’re most concerned with the ‘upper’, or main body of the shoe.

Leather

Wipe with a clean dry cloth after each wear. Use Horsehair shoe brush to apply shoe cream and polish and nourish the Leather.

Suede

Remove dirt and mud using Suede brush. Spray suede spray to renovate and refresh color of leather.

Textile

Use good quality shoe cleaning shampoo to clean. Apply foam on a cloth and gently rub it on the shoes.

Nubuck

Remove dirt and mud using soft Nubuck brush. Spray Nubuck spray to renovate and refresh color of leather.

Synthetic

Spray shoe cleaning mousse or foam on sponge or clean cloth. Buff the foam on shoes to clean.
